The Contact Diamond Mod is the move: +9 Contact and +9 Vision turns him from a three-true-outcomes gamble into someone who actually strings at-bats together.
Making the grind feel worth it
Once you start thinking of Mods as problem-solvers, the mode gets a lot less frustrating.
